Sunleader (Shenzhen) Plastic & Metal Co***ny Limited is an enterprise specializing in the design and manufacturing of plastic and stamping tooling, injection moulding, stamping, diecasting, machining, spraying and screen printing, and assembly. With a building coverage of 10,000 square meters, our co***ny is equipped with high-end modern manufacturing and testing equipment, and automatic production lines as well. The equipment includes CNC machines, line-cut machines, milling machines, EDMs, injection moulding machines, stamping machines, automatic press and turning machines, automatic spraying lines, tampo printing machines, UV solidifying machines, automatic assembly lines, 3D and 2D equipment etc. There are more than 30 R&D engineers, 50 management staff, 50 QC people and above 1,000 other direct production workers in this co***ny. Therefore, we are capable of designing and making various kinds of precision plastic injection mould tools (for instance, SLA moulds, overmoulds, 2-shot moulds, electric appliance shell moulds, connector/terminal moulds), and metal die moulds, stamping tools. We can design and manufacture plastic and metal products by our own, on either OEM or ODM basis. Our products are sold to Europe, North America and Asia, and enjoy high appraisal from our customers, including some world known co***nies such as Stanley, Wiclke, Maxman, Philips, Samsung, Colgate, LG and so on.
